Best Price Merchandise usually ships UPS Ground unless otherwise specified in the individual listings pages. Item usually ships within 1-5 business days of receiving cleared payment.        *The period for which all RMAs will remain open is 20 days from the date Best Price Merchandise issues the RMA.
       *Return the product freight-prepaid.
       *If the product is not defective, it must be in resalable condition, contain all original contents, and not damaged.
